Sarah has been a professional makeup artist since 2000, with roots in freelance work and beauty counter management and education. She has also held various positions in the corporate sector, gaining tools that proved invaluable when organizing wedding beauty bookings. Her time with a renowned risk reduction organization was particularly impactful; she was hired to restructure, plan, and implement learning events across the US. In under two years, she had trained a replacement and was promoted to the sole team lead of client relations.
With her in-depth experience in event planning and client relations team management, transforming Lashes & Lace into a wedding beauty collective was the inevitable next step in growing her thriving makeup business. In 2014, Sarah expanded L&L into a meticulously curated team of makeup and hair artists, merging her talent for business and organization with her passion for helping people feel wonderful about themselves.
In addition to working with many amazing brides and high-profile individual clients, Sarah has also collaborated with companies such as ESPN, Fox Sports, WWE, Amazon, and Spectrum.

LaDonna Stein (she/her)

LaDonna's journey in the beauty industry began in 1995 when she commenced her training at the Diane Dick Modeling Agency in Amarillo, TX. Her passion for makeup artistry led her to teach makeup classes with the agency, taking her to iconic cities like New York and Los Angeles. LaDonna furthered her expertise by studying art history and theatrical makeup at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
In the early 2000s, LaDonna joined MAC Cosmetics, earning a coveted spot on the exclusive Impact Team. After her tenure at MAC, she transitioned to full-time freelance makeup artistry, showcasing her skills across diverse fields. From bridal beauty to body painting, high fashion to fetish, and from commercial campaigns to theatrical productions, LaDonna's talent knows no bounds.
Her portfolio boasts collaborations with esteemed entities such as the Dallas Opera, live performances by musicians including B△STILLE at SXSW, TV shows, independent films, and high-profile fashion shows such as Dolce & Gabbana's showcase at Winspear Dallas in 2019. Her work has been featured in numerous publications, including Playboy, Retro Lovely, Vanity Affair, and Dallas Observer, among others.
Among LaDonna's greatest artistic passions is the creation of glamorous vintage beauty styles. Known for her versatility and ability to tackle any challenge, she can effortlessly craft the perfect look for any occasion.
Previously, LaDonna owned and operated Dallas Pinup in Deep Ellum before selling the business in 2022. Currently, she serves as the Lead Makeup & Hair Artist at The Vixen Society, a Dallas-based boudoir studio.

Before Kaia Bellanca became a makeup artist, she briefly attended school at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. She began modeling and through that, she discovered her love of makeup. She gained an apprenticeship under one of Dallas's leading makeup artists and started doing her own makeup for photo shoots. "In the spring of 2010, I started building my portfolio and hit the ground running," Kaia says. "I already had a good network built up from modeling, so the makeup booking took off right away." Kaia specializes in Weddings & Bridal, Airbrush, Film, Commercial, Fashion, Runway, Underwater, Events, and Special Occasions.
Her work has been in publications such as D Magazine, Style Me Pretty, Brides of North Texas, Grooms Sold Separately, Elegant Magazine, Skin&Ink Magazine, Tattoos for Women Magazine, Tattoo Galeria, Tattoo Style, Alt Noir Magazine, Metro ANE, See7Mag, Fitness Magazine, Modern Salon Magazine, Texas Stylist Magazine, Estetica Magazine, Peluquarias Magazine, Launchpad, and many more. She has also been featured in the Dallas Observer.
